New Beginnings

I sit at an unusual intersection: nearly a decade of customer-facing sales and support, plus hands-on software engineering. That combinations is exactly what makes a strong sales engineer - someone who can earn a customer’s trust, understand their problem and translate complex technical products into clear, usable value.

For 8+ years I’ve guided customers through high-stakes, big-ticket decisions across retail, automotive, education enrollment, and technology. Along the way I lifted client retention 15%, earned a 4.5/5 rating on product demonstrations, consistently exceeded corporate sales targets at Best Buy and Living Spaces, and earned company-wide “Best in Company” recognition at Carvana for turning frutrated customers into loyal ones.

In early 2026 I completed an intensive software engineering bootcamp (99% average), building real proficiency in Python, Django, REST APIs, SQL, Docker and git - including a full-stack e-commerce application with user authentication and payment processing. I can now speak credibly about the software itself, not just around it.
