&lt;p&gt;I spent nearly a decade in customer-facing sales and support — retail, automotive, education, tech — and got very good at the part where you sit across from a customer, figure out what they actually need, and help them make a decision they feel good about. At Best Buy, Living Spaces, and Carvana I learned that the skill isn&amp;rsquo;t really about the product; it&amp;rsquo;s about the person.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
